(EATech), of New York State, unveiled the new design of their "EA Tech Mobile Hospital Platform" today, as they filed their third Form 4 with the US SEC on November 8th, 2019. The filing indicated the company had acquired a 20% stake in American Defense Systems Inc., (ADFS), a publicly traded defense contractor, formerly based in Long island, New York.
