Das Münchner EdTech Start-up Edurino sammelte in einer Series-A Finanzierungsrunde EUR 10,5 Millionen ein. Angeführt wird die Runde von dem globalen Investor DN Capital. Die Bestandsinvestoren btov, Begemann Capital und Emerge Education beteiligen sich erneut. Edurino wurde 2021 gegründet und hat sich in kurzer Zeit zu einem der am schnellsten wachsenden Start-ups in Deutschland entwickelt. Die Gründerinnen Franziska Meyer und Irene Klemm starteten das Unternehmen mit der Mission, Kindern einen sicheren Einstieg in das digitale Lernen durch die Magie der Spiele zu ermöglichen. Im letzten Jahr konnte das junge Unternehmen über 10 große Handelspartner und Onlinestores in der DACH-Region gewinnen, darunter bekannte Buch-, Elektrotechnik- und Spielzeughändler, wie u. a. Media Markt, Saturn, Müller, Thalia und My Toys. Mehr als 100.000 Produkte wurden an Familien in der DACH-Region verkauft und in über 160 Bildungseinrichtungen wird das hybride Lernkonzept für den digitalen Vorschulunterricht und darüber hinaus eingesetzt.
