April 11, 2022 IT company Digia buy a software robot company MOST Digitalin. The planned closing date of the transaction is May 2, 2022. Through the acquisition, Digia says it will grow its scalable services and strengthen the expertise and growth of its integration and API business with automation platform services. The companies have been cooperating for two years. MOST Digital employs 34 software robotics and artificial intelligence professionals at its offices in Helsinki, Lempäälä, Rovaniemi and Stockholm. MOST Digital delivers robotics solutions for business process automation on a self-developed open source platform as continuous Robotics as a Service, and its own self-developed cloud solution utilizes Microsoft Azure. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the transaction. MOST Digital’s net sales for the financial year ended December 2021 were approximately EUR 2.8 million. The acquisition has no personnel effects. MOST Digital’s figures will be consolidated into the Digia Group from the beginning of May 2022.
