Deschenes Group Acquires Matériaux de Plomberie PMF and PMF Plumbing Supplies Deschenes Group, founded in 1940, is a private family-owned company based in Montreal. September 7, 2021   Logan Caswell Deschenes Group has announced the purchase of Matériaux de Plomberie PMF and PMF Plumbing Supplies. PMF is an independent wholesaler of luxury brand plumbing products. The company serves the professional trade and retail markets in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario from their two locations in Montreal and Mississauga. Both companies are expected to operate in their current structures with Matériaux de Plomberie PMF, under the leadership of Peter Malo, and PMF Plumbing Supplies Toronto, under the leadership of Remo Cardinale. “This acquisition offers us the opportunity to expand our luxury plumbing products offering through the PMF brand and welcome a talented and knowledgeable group of people who are passionate about their business,” said François Deschênes, President and CEO of DGI.
