Halpin Named MD at DeltaPoint Capital, Hall Promoted to VP August 22, 2011 DeltaPoint Capital Management said Tuesday that Kevin Halpin was named MD while Jason Hall was promoted to VP. PRESS RELEASE DeltaPoint Capital Management, LLC is pleased to announce that Kevin M. Halpin has been promoted to Managing Director, and Jason R. Hall has been promoted to Vice President. Kevin M. Halpin Managing Director Mr. Halpin has over 12 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and finance. Prior to joining DeltaPoint Capital, Mr. Halpin was a member of Capital Formation Group where he serviced clients in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and valuations. Mr. Halpin is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Badger Technologies, Inc., a member of the Board of Directors of IPLogic, Inc., and a past member of the Board of Directors of DynaBil Industries, Inc., a former Fund III portfolio company. He is currently a board member of the Upstate Venture Association of New York. Mr. Halpin received a Master of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York College at Fredonia. Jason R. Hall Vice President Mr. Hall joined DeltaPoint Capital Management, LLC in 2007 as an intern, leading to full-time employment in June of 2008. He is responsible for providing support in the areas of valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, deal sourcing, portfolio administration, and fund administration. Prior to joining DeltaPoint, Mr. Hall worked as an account manager for CDW, a Fortune 500 reseller of technology products and services. Mr. Hall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester where he was a William E.
