Deli Home acquires insect screen specialist bash-tec Europe's digital carpenter strengthens international presence with an innovative developer of insect screen products in Germany. Deli Home is pleased to announce that it completed the acquisition of a leading developer of insect screen products, bash-tec GmbH (bash-tec). With the acquisition of bash-tec, Deli Home underlines its focus on further expanding its international presence. bash-tec, a leading German developer of insect screen products, will provide Deli Home with the platform to offer a large range of made-to-measure insect screen products for doors and windows. In addition, bash-tec and Deli Home strongly believe that both companies will benefit from each other’s complementary product development capabilities to further develop new solutions for their clients. bash-tec, an innovative developer of insect screen products located in Burbach-Holzhausen (Germany), is active in the insect screen market in the DACH-region and the Netherlands, as well as some other European countries.
