Estate Management Crane Group, a family-owned investment holding and management company based in Columbus, Ohio, has bought L.M.L. Estate Management portfolio of brands, from Corbel Capital Partners. The company, which was re-named Fairwood Brands by Crane, is a Fort Wayne, Ind.-based portfolio of design, installation and maintenance businesses for landscapes, hardscapes and more. Since Corbel’s investment in January 2022, the company has expanded its geographic reach into an additional three regions via three add-on acquisitions, which grew revenue and profitability.
