LatAm List – Construtech Ventures is a Brazilian venture builder focused on proptech and real estate technology. The firm recently closed their first investment in a startup based outside of Brazil: Portuguese startup Infraspeak . Firstminute Capital , Innovation Nest , 500 Startups , and Caixa Capital also invested in the round. 500 Startups and Caixa Capital were previous investors. Infraspeak uses cloud services to improve infrastructure management. By streamlining these processes, Infraspeak grew by 200% in 2017 and added customers in 6 countries. Founded in 2015, Infraspeak has already processed over 7 million maintenance tasks. The startup plans to use the investment to expand into the UK, Spain, and France. Said Bruno Loreto, head of Construtech Ventures: “Infraspeak adds intelligence to processes that are usually very bureaucratic, with little information management. This international step puts us in direct contact with the most innovative startups in the world in this industry so we can multiply the productivity that our other startups already generate here in Brazil.” Read more in Startupi .
