Pamplona Capital Management said Monday that Justin Perreault has joined as a partner. Perreault was previously with Commonwealth Capital Ventures where he co-managed three growth and early stage technology funds with $600 million of committed capital. Mr. Perreault, who will be based in Boston, has over twenty years of information technology private investing and operating experience, and will be focussing on investing in the technology, media and telecom sectors. He joins the business from Commonwealth Capital Ventures, where he co-managed three growth and early stage technology funds with $600 million of committed capital. Prior to starting at Commonwealth Capital Ventures in 1999, he also worked at Object Design Software, Inc., Harvard Private Equity Group and McKinsey & Co. Mr. Perreault holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, summa cum laude, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. His appointment increases the number of partners based in the US to five.
