CM-CIC LBO Partners is the management company of majority LBO funds sponsored by CM-CIC Capital Finance (www.cmcic-capitalfinance.com) (subsidiary of Credit Mutuel – CIC group, www.creditmutuel.fr and www.cic.fr). CM-CIC LBO Partners manages more than €300M of funds coming primarily from institutional third parties and private wealths. CM-CIC LBO Partners is a management company approved by the French "Autorite des Marches Financiers" (AMF) and is in charge of two FCPR Funds, CIC LBO Fund and CIC LBO Fund II. It is completely independent in investment and divestment decisions. CM-CIC LBO Partners invests in buy-outs, mainly in close association with an existing (MBO or OBO), new (MBI), or combined (BIMBO) management team. It then becomes the majority or lead shareholder.
