Vayyar Imaging, a developer of 4D imaging radar, has finalized a US$108m Series E financing round, led by Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT), bringing the company’s total funding to date to over US$300m. The new round includes first-time Vayyar backers GLy Capital Management and Atreides Management LP, alongside existing investors including KDT, Battery Ventures, Bessemer Ventures, More VC, Regal Four, and Claltech. To support investor outreach in China, Vayyar engaged China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) as its lead financial adviser. In the automotive space, Vayyar manufactures 4D imaging radar-based platforms for in-cabin, ADAS and motorcycle (ARAS) applications.
