Through strategic acquisitions, COE will implement a roll-up strategy to create a diversified, leading home health platform that capitalizes on geographical and operational synergies. The platform will be led by Lisa Kaufman, a talented CEO and recognized leader in the home healthcare sector. Lisa holds 25+ years of relevant industry experience and has served as president of the Florida Chapter of the Private Care Association. Trinity Investors is a private equity firm located in Southlake, Texas.
