Chinese company Chang Ao Sports (CAS), the parent company of Honor of Kings team Hero announced at a signing ceremony that it has signed an exclusive apparel partnership deal with the U.S. streetwear brand Skechers. Skechers will become the exclusive apparel partner and team jersey provider for Hero during the King Pro League (KPL) Fall Split, the first KPL season with a live audience. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Skechers representative also stated that the company will also provide a Hero co-branded apparel and footwear line for Chinese esports fans. Marketing and promotion collaborations between the two companies will be applied in Skechers’ China offline retail stores, as well as Hero’s live streaming channel on Huya. Hero was acquired by CAS in 2018 after the team won the year’s KPL Spring Split. CAS is well known in the sports industry of Chinese province Jiangsu, it owns KPL team Hero, Kunshan F.C, as well as Jiangsu Zhongtian Volleyball Women Team. Related posts:
