Prestwick Partners is an investment banking firm that provides lower middle-market companies with merger and acquisition advisory services. The firm focuses on sales of entrepreneur-owned businesses; private equity divestitures; corporate divestitures; private placements of debt and equity; and strategic and financial advisory assignments.
