14th January, 2019 by Owen Bellwood Chicago-based spirits producer CH Distillery has named former Deep Eddy Vodka executive Steve Pine as its new managing director – sales and marketing. Chicago-based CH Distillery has named Steve Pine its new managing director – sales and marketing Pine brings more than 27 years of experience to the position, having previously held roles with the American vodka brand and US-based drinks distribution company Glazer’s Distribution. Tremaine Atkinson, CEO and head distiller at CH, said: “Steve is the right guy to lead the charge in increasing sales volume for CH’s portfolio of extremely high quality, truly handmade and, competitively-priced products.” Since joining the brand, Pine has appointed Dan Janes as the new director of marketing for CH Distillery. Pine said: “My first action was bringing in Dan Janes to run marketing. Dan and I worked well together at Deep Eddy Vodka and he has great experience in both sales and marketing. “We both took pride in contributing to the success of Deep Eddy Vodka and we look forward to writing a similar success story here at CH.” According to Pine, building CH Distillery’s sales teams will be key to success, and as a result he has appointed Miana DeGardeyn to the role of national sales manager.
