Venture Capital Capital Today’s Kathy Xu ranked second. : Neil Shen, the founding partner of Sequoia Capital China, topped an annual list of China’s best venture capital investors released on Thursday by Forbes China, the licensed Chinese-language edition of Forbes magazine. The 100-member list is modeled on the “Midas List” of successful VC investors in the U.S. published annually by Forbes magazine. It takes into account returns earned on portfolio businesses that have listed or been acquired over the past five years or that have raised new capital at a valuation of more than $1 billion, Forbes China said.
