Capital Resource Partners Scoops Up Glendale January 19, 2012 By Angela Sormani Growth-focused investor Capital Resource Partners has acquired Glendale, a direct marketer of ceremonial uniform accessories and parade equipment worn and used by the military, police and fire departments, schools and organizations. BCA Mezzanine Fund provided senior debt and preferred equity capital in support of the acquisition. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Boston-based investment bank Tully & Holland acted as financial advisor.
