2About Bull Capital Partners
Bull Capital Partners is an exempted limited liability company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. The company was founded by Mr. Gilbert Wong as a direct investment fund management company to manage the Peregrine Greater China Capital Appreciation Fund. The Fund size is approximately US$200 million. The limited partners of the first closing in May 2008 are mainly family offices and listed companies in Asia with market capitalization of approximately US$245 billion (excluding listed financial institutions). The Partners have also committed significant personal wealth to the Fund and hence the interests of the Investment team and our investors are closely aligned. Certain limited partners are offered co-investment opportunities where suitable.
