Former COO of AOL Time Warner, Robert (Bob) Pittman is considered the father of MTV. He also co-founded Quantum Media in 1987 which was sold to Time-Warner in 1989. He has worked in radio and cable as well as was involved with rejuvenating 6 Flags. He is the founding member of media investment firm Pilot Group, LLC. Many of his investments are visible under his personal profile as well as under the profile of the Pilot Group.
