One of our large MSP partners had recently won the bid with a huge banking and financial institution. The company needed to assemble a supplier base outlined by the end-user that focused on diversity and inclusion, specializing in supporting IT requirements across the country. It was not an easy task, in the meetings with MSP before the implementation, Apolis inquired about operational efficiencies and expectations for the team to create an extensive analysis of current operations and identify two areas of improvement. We developed a clear understanding of the client’s workforce challenges and implemented a dedicated team model and a reporting structure that was designed to increase the number of successful placements and the client’s focus on business priorities. Apolis’s dedicated team and reporting structure worked to pinpoint experienced local and national resources across multiple metropolitan markets; surpass quarterly hiring expectations to become a preferred program supplier, outscoring 53 other suppliers in the program; and expand the scope of the partnership to engage in additional hiring verticals. When a senior IT leader at a $950 million oil and gas company identified a potential future challenge for his team, he immediately reached out to Apolis to assist him in building an actionable plan to circumvent the potential pitfall. In addition to building a plan, Apolis went to work identifying the ideal solutions and resources that could lead the client to certain success. What the client needed was a fast, efficient way to process data points with a visualization tool, resulting in a road map to help the company identify a higher probability of successful exploration. This challenge could only be overcome by a professional with a very specific skill set. Apolis got to work. Apolis partnered with the client and embarked on a professional approach to find a Senior Data Analyst who could work within the client’s current platform while creating and migrating data into a new visualization tool. In no time, Apolis uncovered resources that developed a new data strategy using a visualization tool. It resulted in the ability of the company to identify a higher probability of successful exploration going forward. Major challenges the team faced were resistance to change, data sanctity (poor, unorganized data), absence of proof-of-concept and prototypes, post-implementation issues, closed apps and platforms data security challenges, etc. In order to overcome these barriers and challenges and for seamless implementation, Apolis employed subject matter experts and partnered with major MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and VMSs (Vendor Management Systems) for highly time and mission-critical projects, handling niche requirements of the clients and sorting out the process challenges coming along the way.
