Fintech startup Tyke has raised $1.5 million in a pre-seed round from 9Unicorns, Better Capital, Ratio Ventures, and Venture Catalysts. Angels including Jitendra Gupta, Sweta and Amrish Rau, Varun Mittal, Sandeep Aggarwal, Navin Surya, and Ajay Rajan also participated in the round. The startup plans to deploy the funds mainly for their product development. Launched in 2021, Tyke is a digital platform which is focused on automating micro private equity deals. Its services enable founders to create a round and invite investors while Tyke takes care of all the paperwork. The Mumbai-based firm has recently launched an analytics tool for investors and aims to scale up its offerings across further asset classes.
