Reliance Health , a Nigeria and Texas-based digital healthcare provider focused on emerging markets, has today announced a USD 40 Mn Series B funding round, led by General Atlantic , a leading global growth equity investor, with participation from Partech , Picus Capital , Tencent Exploration , Africa Healthcare Master Fund, P1 Ventures , Laerdal Million Lives Fund , and M3 Inc . Through an integrated approach that includes flat fee healthcare plans, telemedicine, prescription delivery, and a single-fee combination of partner and proprietary healthcare facilities in one platform, Reliance uses tech to bring affordable, accessible healthcare to companies in emerging markets, including regions that are sometimes overlooked. This investment will help accelerate Reliance’s efforts in expanding the platform in additional emerging markets and will enable the company to launch new products that complement existing proprietary technology, facilities, and partnerships.
