4Wall to Purchase Assets of Visions Lighting Brea, CA- 4Wall Entertainment Lighting, a national provider of stage and theatrical services, has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of professional lighting, video, and staging provider Visions Lighting. Visions Lighting, founded in 1992 by Todd Roberts, is well known nationwide and internationally for their concert, tour, and corporate event work. With the addition of Vice President Kelly Roberts in 2004, they have accumulated an impressive client list that includes Insomniac Events, Live Nation and AEG. The current Visions Lighting headquarters in Brea, CA will be rebranded as 4Wall Orange County. 4Wall will also retain Visions' highly accomplished and seasoned staff, with Todd Roberts assuming the role of Director of Live Events for the newly branded 4Wall OC location. Current Visions' clients can expect ongoing service with their needs continuing to be the focus of everyone involved. 4Wall CEO Kathy Torjman spoke of the acquisition: "Acquiring Visions Lighting will further grow our presence in Southern California and beyond.
