Notable mentions among the contestants include single mother and actress Alexandra Nation, no doubt cast after last year's bachelor Sam Wood fell in love with Snezana Markoski and her daughter Eve, 11. After being jilted by Sam Frost in the first season of The Bachelorette Australia, it's Richie's turn to be wooed by potential suitors – and woo him they did. Unfair advantage? One blonde contestant is best friends with The Bachelor Richie Strahan's first cousin. Photo: Network Ten In a trailer ahead of the series' premiere, many of the women came bearing gifts for their first meeting with the 31-year-old. NSW event co-ordinator Eliza, 31, wrote Richie a song, while Victoria executive assistant Sasha, also 31, gave Richie a miniature doll version of herself. Queensland swimwear designer Noni, 25, gave Richie a bouquet of bacon flowers, playing on the traditional red rose given at the rose ceremonies. "Just don't go bacon my heart," the brunette beauty told the clearly-impressed bachelor. Among the bevy of beautiful women is Kirralee Morris, a previous Playboy model and Zoo Weekly centrefold subject. The 28-year-old lists her profession as "personal assistant" and will be known as Kiki throughout the series. NSW student Mia, 24, is a former professional athlete, while Marja, 34, is a yoga instructor. Michael Turnbull from last year's season of The Bachelorette Australia has already predicted who Richie has fallen in love with. "I know Richie. I know the type of girls he typically likes," Turnbull told Daily Mail Australia, guessing blonde WA training administrator Tiffany would get the final rose. "I know he likes blondes and I know he likes tall, fit girls. Tiffany looks tall and fit. " The finale was filmed under tight security in Bali in early June. The Bachelor Australia is expected to hit screens later this month. Advertisement
