She completed a full financial recapitalization of the company with another leading private equity firm and successfully exited in 2015. Before joining MDeverywhere, she served as a General Partner of Advent International. She joined the firm, one of the largest and most successful global private equity firms, as a Principal and was promoted to Partner in 4 years, the youngest woman ever to be named Partner. She focused on growth stage and middle market investments in healthcare. She served as a member of the Investment Committee and led or participated in Advent’s investments in companies including HHN Inc., Med e-Manager, MedVantx, Viatris, Alcala Pharma, MHA, ARS, Aegerion and others. She was also a member of the team that successfully raised a fund dedicated to investing in growth stage healthcare companies.
