China Digest: Car rental site TOGO, bike charger Xiaolvren & Shanghai Youhug Media raise funding Photo by Kevin Lee/Bloomberg News October 27, 2017 In multiple investment updates from China, vehicle rental platform TOGO and an electric bike charger developer have raised growth investments to advance their operations. Meanwhile, media and entertainment management firm, Shanghai Youhug, has secured financing. Car rental platform TOGO gets $22m Series B Beijing-based car rental firm TOGO has raised a $22 million Series B led by SIG , an investment firm focused on e-commerce, health and other ventures. Other participating investors include Zhen Fund, a seed stage-focused venture capital firm, the China Money Network reported. Based on a mobile app, TOGO provides a vehicle rental service on a hourly basis. The firm currently has operations in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen and the financing received is expected to help cover a broader reach. Electric bike charger developer Xiaolvren raises $12m Series A The developer of electric bike charging pile, Xiaolvren has raised $12 million series A+ led by Zheda Youchuang and other investors. The firm offers smart charging pile and cloud management platform. Other participating investors include Zhonghai Investment, Service Center of Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park, River Capital and Hangzhou Joyni Capital Management Co Ltd. Shanghai Youhug Media gets backing from Tencent, others Shanghai-headquartered media and entertainment management firm, Shanghai Youhug Media Co Ltd has secured investment from  Tencent and other investors. The undisclosed investment worth hundreds of millions of RMB is led by the National Small and Medium-size Enterprises Development Fund  with participation from  Yunfeng Capital.
