The Jordan Company Completes Sale of Wound Care Holdings December 1, 2011 The Jordan Company, a New York-based middle-market PE firm, announced today that a group of investors, led by The Resolute Fund, L.P., completed the sale of Wound Care Holdings to National Healing Corporation. Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. PRESS RELEASE: The Jordan Company, L.P. (“TJC”), a leading middle-market private equity firm, today announced that a group of investors, led by The Resolute Fund, L.P., completed the sale of Wound Care Holdings, LLC (“Wound Care”) to National Healing Corporation. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. TJC, in partnership with The Edgewater Funds and JZ Capital Partners plc, formed Wound Care Holdings in April 2006 to participate in chronic wound care, a highly fragmented and underserved market. Demand for wound care services is driven by the increasing incidence of patients with chronic wounds, including the elderly and diabetic populations, and the growing utilization of advanced treatments. The Company consists of two separate business units, Diversified Clinics, Inc. (“Diversified”) and Sechrist Industries, Inc. (“Sechrist”). Diversified is the leading outsourced provider of wound care clinic management services to more than 350 hospitals nationwide.
