Operating Loss: was $16 million in the three months ended March 31, 2022, including $7.2 million in stock compensation expense, as compared to an operating loss of $12.6 million in the prior year period, including $5.3 million related to issuance of vested warrants for rent expense. Net Loss: was $9.7 million in the three months ended March 31, 2022, including a gain of $6.4 million related to the change in fair value of warrants, as compared to $27.1 million in the prior year period, including a loss of $11.7 million related to a change in the fair value of warrants.
