Service division is comprised of third party logistics services such as integrated inventory management, kitting, sequencing, process engineering, and quality containment.In May 2013, Wainwright Industries was acquired by TVS Logistics Services. The valuation of Wainwright Industries was $8.83 million. Other terms of the deal were not released.

Apr 24, 2014, 6:13am CDT Wainwright Industries signs lease near old Chrysler plant in Fenton Email  |  Twitter  |  Facebook Wainwright Industries , a Wentzville distribution company, has leased warehouse space near the old Chrysler plant in Fenton. Panattoni Development Co., which acquired the building in 2012 and invested $5 million into the building, has signed Wainwright to a lease of 433,612 square feet at 2211 Hitzert Court, according to the  St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The 534,600-square-foot building is not fully occupied, Jones Lang LaSalle officials, who represented Panattoni in the deal, told the Post-Dispatch. The building was a material supply warehouse for Chrysler, but was left vacant when Chrysler's bankruptcy forced the automaker to close its Fenton plants in 2009, according to the Post-Dispatch.
