The company will use the capital for business development and expansion of user adoption. Co-founded in December 2013 by Summann Gandham and Sergi Almar, leverages VoIP and HTML5 WebRTC technologies to provide companies with a phone-support solution with zero infrastructure, accessible via an internet enabled computer. A built in CRM solution tracks and records all phone calls and voicemails allowing companies to monitor the types of customer calls and the quality of the team’s support.
