(NASDAQ: HARP), a clinical-stage immunotherapy company developing a novel class of T cell engagers, today announced that Julie Eastland has been named President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 8, 2021. Ms. Eastland will succeed Jerry McMahon, Ph.D., who has resigned from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).
