The gallery is impressive: from Khlestakov in Leonid Gaidai’s comedy “Incognito from St. Petersburg” to Hans Christian Andersen in Eldar Ryazanov’s fairy tale film “Andersen. Life Without Love”. “Expensive Pleasure”, “The Art of Living in Odessa”, “My Husband is an Alien”, “Doctor Zhivago”, “The Smile of God, or a Pure Odessa Story”, “Pregnancy Test”, “Grandma”, “Seagulls” … – films , which starred Sergei Migitsko. Then the legendary actress Tatyana Piletskaya was honored: the prize “Recognition” – for the gallery of female images on the movie screen. She has been working in cinema for 76 years. – My dears, I feel incredible excitement, – Tatyana Lvovna took the floor after frames from films with her participation were shown on the screen. – Indeed, I gave the cinema many, many years. The first time she starred in 1947 – can you imagine? – in the picture “Cinderella”. I am a happy actress: I had wonderful roles, wonderful partners and incredible directors from whom I studied. After all, I didn’t have a dramatic education – I graduated from a choreographic school … Cinematography completely rebuilt me. I love cinema very much. I have 52 films. I hope I will hear the command: “Ready! Camera, action!” Actress Tatyana Piletskaya at the closing ceremony of the Vivat Cinema of Russia! Photo: Svyatoslav Akimov / RG – Bravo! Hooray! Thank you for having us! the audience shouted. The audience stood up and greeted the actress with a standing ovation. On July 2, she will turn 95 years old, she is actively working – in the theater and cinema. For the anniversary, she is rehearsing a new performance at the Theater-Festival “Baltic House”, the troupe of which she entered 60 years ago (then it was the Theater named after Lenin Komsomol). The results of the contest of domestic television series “People’s Rating” were announced, where the winners are determined by the audience. This time they chose from the 30 most popular films. The laureate was Alexander Gorbatov – for playing the title role in the series “Chaliapin” (directed by Yegor Anashkin). The best actress was Marietta Tsigal-Polishchuk, who played the main role in the series “Ranevskaya” by Dmitry Petrun. This series is named the winner. The press prize was also awarded to the film of the competition program, which received the most votes. This is “Doctor”. Director Artem Temnikov went on stage three times to receive awards. The second time – for the audience award. The third – “For the best male role” – was awarded to the actor Sergei Puskepalis (posthumously), who played the main role – the talented child psychiatrist Khristoforov. – Sergei managed to voice his role and see the film, – said the director. – I’m glad that Sergei was noted. This is a well-deserved award. Presenting the audience award, the president of the festival “Vivat Cinema of Russia!”, People’s Artist of Russia Svetlana Kryuchkova said to Artem Temnikov: Actor Sergei Puskepalis Photo: Svyatoslav Akimov / RG – I can say that there is nothing more valuable than the audience’s attention. The viewer either loves the film or does not want to watch it. Your film is wonderful, very necessary, important, and there is a brilliant work by Sergei Puskepalis. Jury member actress Tatyana Rasskazova noted: We were all unanimous in this decision. And this is not a prize of memory, but a brilliant acting work … The prize “For the best female role” went to two actresses – Valentina Telichkina and Olga Lapshina, who played in the film “Garden” directed by Larisa Sadilova. They noted the work of the cameraman Anton Drozdov-Schastlivtsev – in the film “Amanat” directed by Rauf Kubaev and Anton Sievers. The Best Director award will go to Oleg Pogodin, the author of the Syrian Sonata film. In this nomination, as director Andrey Zaitsev, a member of the jury, admitted, there were heated debates. Grand Prix of the festival “Vivat Cinema of Russia!” received the film “Garden”. “This picture united us all, really touched. There is such a feeling of the Motherland, Russia! It is dedicated to all our parents,” director Alexander Proshkin, chairman of the jury, said. Actor Sergei Migitsko at the closing ceremony of the Vivat Cinema of Russia! Photo: Svyatoslav Akimov / RG Direct speech Alexander Proshkin, director, chairman of the jury: – Alexander Baluev was supposed to be the chairman of the jury, but he fell ill. So I’m a locum tenens. Why agreed? This is my favorite festival. And this is my hometown – I breathe differently here. For me, a week in St. Petersburg, the most beautiful city in the world, is a charge for the whole year, then I feel like I am in long-term emigration in Moscow. “Vivat cinema of Russia!” always gathers amazing, touching, gentle people of our cinema. Here you meet with those whom you have not seen for a long time. It is also the joy of meeting new art, a new generation. Unfortunately, there were terrible losses: Armen Medvedev, Vadim Abdrashitov, Sergey Dreiden passed away…
