Visible Energy aims to provide customer-friendly monitoring services that reduce energy usage and costs. This information aims to enable customers to connect via an Internet community to compare personal energy use across the entire electrical grid. Incorporated in July 2007, Visible Energy is aims to empower homeowners, schools, and businesses to change their habits and to save money, reduce their carbon footprint, and increase energy security. VE was founded by a group of scientists and engineers from Northern Arizona University.
