Reprint Appery, a cloud-based mobile app development platform provider, has agreed to acquire the major assets of Verivo Software for an undisclosed consideration. Assets Appery acquired include revenue contracts, source code, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property. In addition, Appery is combining its Appery.io app builder and backend services with Verivo's enterprise connectivity and security capabilities.
