A company posts a job on www.ureferjobs.com; allocating a cash bounty. Referrers are notified of the jobs in their networks. The referrers refer the job to peers. Peers apply for and successfully obtains the role, the referrer is rewarded with the cash bounty. The hiring organisation pays www.ureferjobs.com a fee for successful hires. Ureferjobs can be setup to be used as an internal referral system first. After a period of time the company can choose to make the jobs visible to the whole referrer marketplace. This model reduces the cost of recruitment, gives organisations speedy access to high-quality candidates and minimises candidates who are not the right fit. The model also rewards referrers for helping peers and utilises gamification to ensure referral engagement.
