Quad/Graphics Acquires East Coast Commercial and In-Store Printer UniGraphic Acquisition Enhances Quad/Graphics’ Commercial and Specialty, In-Store Marketing, and Digital and Fulfillment Solutions February 05, 2014 04:57 PM Eastern Standard Time SUSSEX, Wis.--( BUSINESS WIRE )--Quad/Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: QUAD) (“Quad/Graphics”) today announced it has acquired UniGraphic, Inc., one of the largest commercial printers in the Boston metro area. The acquisition fortifies Quad/Graphics’ commercial and specialty printing, in-store marketing, and digital and fulfillment solutions for businesses on the East Coast. The acquisition also strengthens Quad/Graphics’ ability to service national retailers’ large-format and in-store marketing needs, adding an East Coast presence to Quad/Graphics’ existing Midwest and West Coast locations. “UniGraphic is a premier print solutions company that has earned customer loyalty through superior quality, flexibility and reliability,” said Joel Quadracci, Quad/Graphics Chairman, President & CEO. “We are excited to build on UniGraphic’s success on the East Coast, serving clients in a wide range of industries from arts and entertainment to education, financial, food, healthcare, mass media, pharmaceutical and retail.
