Eric Baum brings over twenty years of experience in advising Executive leadership teams for both well-established Fortune 50 companies and emerging ventures across a spectrum of industries. In his concurrent roles as Managing Director of Acquis Consulting Group and Co-founder and Managing Director of its affiliate, Solidea Capital, Eric leverages his extensive management and operational consulting expertise to guide companies in areas such as business and corporate strategy, market positioning, growth & scale strategies, partnering frameworks, and more. He also serves in several Board of Director and advisory roles for public and private companies including KushCo Holdings (KSHB), Starton Therapeutics, Big Rentz, and Trip Kicks, supporting the full lifecycle of maturity and needs.
Eric has always been extremely entrepreneurial, and in addition to advising companies on accelerating growth and scale, he himself founded and leads a rapidly growing real estate investment firm operating in several U.S. markets. Eric is also actively involved in the venture capital arena as an angel investor and participant in several investment-focused groups, such as the Charlotte Angel Fund. In the venture world, Eric is a frequent speaker and plays an ongoing role in evaluating prospective ventures, and nurturing and advising portfolio companies.
Eric holds a BBA from Emory University, where he graduated Valedictorian from the undergraduate Goizeuta Business School and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the highest national business honor society.
