2023 record year for Tricentis’ partnership with SAP

Feb 2, 2024

Comments Off on 2023 record year for Tricentis’ partnership with SAP 2023 marks a record year of SAP partnership, with 46% increase in YoY revenue growth and 40% YoY growth in new customers onboarded globally Tricentis, a global leader in continuous testing and quality engineering, today announced that 2023 was a record year for its partnership with SAP, with a 46% increase in YoY revenue growth and hundreds of new customers onboarded globally. Selected by SAP for its SAP Solution Extensions, Tricentis extends SAP application life cycle management solutions by offering exceptional testing and software quality assurance capabilities. The solution integrates with SAP software and complements SAP capabilities. SAP then tests, validates, approves, markets, sells and supports the solution. Since its partnership with SAP was established in 2020, hundreds of global enterprises using SAP solutions have adopted the Tricentis application testing platform to help accelerate and de-risk their business transformations as well as migrate their processes and operations to the cloud. In 2023, Tricentis’ SAP partnership saw the following developments: 40% YoY growth in new customers onboarded, in addition to 46% YoY growth in revenue, with significant traction across the globe. Tricentis became available on SAP Store. In addition to SAP Solution Extensions powered by Tricentis previously on the SAP price list—SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing, SAP Enterprise Performance Testing, SAP Change Impact Analysis and SAP Enterprise Data Integrity Testing, an extended list of products validated by SAP is now available on the SAP Store, including Tricentis Vera™, and Tricentis NeoLoad. Tricentis Test Automation for SAP integrated with SAP Cloud ALM is now available for businesses using SAP solutions with SAP Enterprise Support, at no extra cost and enables test orchestration in SAP Cloud ALM (usage details). Customers on their cloud migration journey are now able to leverage the application lifecycle management capabilities from SAP Cloud ALM, together with the automation capabilities from Tricentis, directly from the cloud. Tricentis received two partner awards from SAP; an SAP EMEA South Partner Excellence Award, and a Partner of the Year award for SAP Solution Extension from SAP Germany’s Diamant Initiative. The company was also named a Finalist for the 2023 SAP Pinnacle Awards in Partner Solution Success. Large organizations such as Vodafone and Flowers Foods are leveraging the SAP solution extension by Tricentis to enhance their QA and application testing needs. Sundar Iyer, Sr. Director of Quality Assurance and Release Management at Flowers Foods, the second largest producer and marketer of packaged bakery foods in the U.S., commented: “We decided to move away from our legacy SAP ECC landscape to SAP S/4HANA and needed a testing tool that could support this transformation. SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis enabled us to achieve a drastic reduction in our testing development time, while SAP Enterprise Data Integrity Testing by Tricentis allowed us to maintain integrity of data as it traveled across multiple systems during the data migration to mitigate data related inconsistencies. With the support of SAP and Tricentis, we were able to complete the entire project with a reduced testing timeline of 35% – a huge benefit as we continue on our journey towards a quality engineering approach.” “Cloud computing and business AI are the hottest areas in enterprise software today, and through our partnership with Tricentis, we are well equipped to meet this demand,” said Darryl Gray, Global Vice President, Software Partner Success. “Our RISE with SAP customers are innovating at an unprecedented pace by accelerating the delivery of software changes at scale, which Tricentis’ platform helps enable. We already see SAP customers benefiting from the advanced quality assurance and testing capabilities from Tricentis.” VJ Kumar, SVP and General Manager, Strategic Partnerships at Tricentis, commented: “At Tricentis, we are proud to support businesses that use SAP solutions in all industries that are looking to modernize and de-risk their software. Tricentis helps reduce the risks and complexities involved in modernization and innovation by removing transformation blind spots with automated testing. We are proud to be a trusted partner to both SAP and our customers, propelling them toward success in the ever-evolving business landscape.” Additional Resources Website: The Tricentis SAP partnership Case study: How Flowers Foods, Inc. maintained data integrity and business continuity during SAP S/4HANA migration Video case study: Flowers Foods: Transforming to delight customers Blog: SAP selects Tricentis as test automation engine of SAP Cloud ALM Press release: Tricentis Recognized with Two Partnership Awards from SAP Total: 0
