Turn/River Capital, a software investment firm, invested in Redwood Software in 2021. San Francisco Daniel Lopez, a Partner in the San Francisco office, is a member of the M&A and Private Equity Group. Daniel advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies in the tech and life sciences sectors on various strategic transactions, including leveraged buyouts, dispositions, carveouts, debt financings, growth equity investments and secondary transactions.
