The Role Putting our customers on a growth trajectory is our promise and making sure it happens is critical to our business. If our customers aren’t successful, neither are we. It’s that simple. We are looking for a data fanatic, someone who will own Retailer Engagement. You will be responsible for uncovering usage patterns and ensuring every customer is getting the most value from Thirdshelf. You will implement analytics, benchmarking and conversion tactics to shape behavior and ensure their daily actions deliver results. You will be measured on your ability to consistently grow MRR while minimizing Churn. Your day-to-day will consist of drilling-down into the data, optimizing platform usage and working closely with the Customer Success Adoption team, Product Management and Marketing teams to support our growth objectives. What will keep you up at night is turning insights into action and automating everything to ensure scalability. We are building a world-class SaaS company and turning our business into a science is key. Responsibilities • Own the Customer Success Engagement and Growth playbook with a focus on growing the customer lifetime value. Report and act on Churn and MRR growth metrics. • Define a customer segmentation/scorecard model to automate engagement with healthy/yellow/red accounts. Automate engagement tactics. • Drive product usage through content/case studies/webinars. Work with Marketing to produce all required content to support the playbook. • Liaise with the Product team to define and prioritize features driving ROI and/or affecting operations. Requirements • Self-starter, data-driven, problem solver with a strong analytical approach who is passionate and at-ease in a fast-paced startup environment. • Strong sense of resiliency and urgency. • Deep level of empathy towards customers, always seeking ways to help them achieve their goals. • 1+ years experience within a SaaS organization (Can include Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). • Experience with SaaS Sales and Customer Success tools (,, Zendesk, FreshDesk, Zapier, Delighted, Totango, Gainsight, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) • Project Management experience. You’ll need this to get your initiatives executed! Bonus Points • Quite a lot of bonus points for prior retail or retail technology experience. • An extra dose for experience working with platforms catering to SMBs. Compensation
