Thermaltake today unveiled LCD Panel Kits for the Ceres 500 mid-tower case the company had launched in January. The cases have a preparation for this optional accessory, but don't include them. The company released black- and white- color variants that match the variants of Ceres 500 cases you have. The LCD Panel kit replaces a portion of the horizontal partition of the case, with a 3.9-inch color LCD display panel with 480 x 128 pixels resolution, that faces the left side. This panel interfaces with TT RGB Plus 2.0 software over an internal USB 2.0 connection, and can be made to display just about anything. By default, its home-screen puts out weather data that TT RGB Plus 2.0 pulls from the Internet, but the screen can be made to put out real-time system monitoring stats for system cooling, among other interesting things. The LCD Panel Kits for Ceres 500 are expected to be available from March 16. Related News
