Mr. Eisner joins Compliance Science with extensive experience leading and advising financial technology companies through periods of high-growth. Most notably, he was the Founder and CEO of TheMarkets.com LLC, where he oversaw tremendous revenue and employee growth over a period of 11 years. “David is one of the most respected business leaders and mentors in the financial services sector,” said Mitchel Kraskin, CEO of Compliance Science. “We are excited to tap into his experience, leadership and vision as our firm continues its upward growth trajectory in part by adding high caliber, seasoned executives into the firm.” Prior to founding TheMarkets.com, Mr. Eisner founded and served as CEO at iExchange.com. Previously, he held the positon of Executive Vice President, Office of the Chairman at Jefferies Group, Inc where he oversaw the significant expansion of the revenues and employees of the firm’s corporate finance, fixed income, research and international businesses.
