Feb 5, 2014, 2:23pm EST Norwell's Driscoll Agency is acquired by Cross Financial Email | Twitter The Driscoll Agency Inc. has been acquired by the Cross Insurance, an insurance agency with five offices in Massachusetts and headquarters in Maine. Cross is a subsidiary of Cross Financial Corp. The company will keep Jay Driscoll on as president of the Driscoll Agency, and “all personnel affiliated with the agency” will have jobs with Cross, the company said in a statement Wednesday. The Driscoll Agency specializes in risk management and surety bonding. Both companies are family owned. Cross has made three acquisitions in the last month, including agencies in Maine and Connecticut. Industries:
