Skelex builds industrial upper body exoskeletons that provide back and neck support to workers performing overhead work. Skelex exoskeletons have seen applications in aerospace, automotive, construction, defence, railway, shipbuilding and general industries.

InteSpring, founded in 2006, is a developer of exoskeletons using gravity compensation and force actuation in humans. Their exoskeletons have applications in military, medical orthoses and industrial/manufacturing settings. They've also created spin-off companies such as Laevo which evolved from the X-Arm project, started by InteSpring in December 2009 as a grant project. It was a collaboration between TU Delft, InteSpring, SenterNovem (nowadays Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland | RVO.nl) and Stichting Agis: "The development of an exoskeleton for supporting the upper body during lifting in health care." At the end of 2013, the project was completed and with the participation of Achmea Zorgparticipaties, the company "Laevo" was founded on the 4th of September 2013.

Wandercraft is developing an exoskeleton for medical use which should help disabled people recover mobility and lead an independent life. The company was founded in 2012 and is based in Paris, France.

EXOS Wrist can be used with VIVE Controller or Oculus Touch, which makes it easy for developers to transform existing VR contents to touchable experiences. The company also offers EXOS Gripper, which simulates haptics when grabbing objects in the virtual world.
