The new establishment on rue Françoise-Dolto has certainly been invested since last April. But the health crisis delayed this symbolic moment in front of relatives and elected officials. The premises located on rue Henri-Baigue had indeed become too cramped for the manager, who created the company in 2002 with two partners. As the company grew, “we pushed the walls”, but “at a certain point, we decided to embark on this ambitious project. The result: in these new modern premises in the heart of the Temis Health Park, the surface area has been tripled to accommodate the 45 employees in 1,250 m². “We started this project in 2018,” continued the executive. The investment is $4 million (€3.5 million). […] Today, it’s a good step that we are taking, it allows us to take stock of where we are, and where we are going!” continued Philippe Dulieu. All eyes are now on this other project: the construction of a 1,200 m² building not far from there. A “factory” intended for the production of DNA (GMP grade) to meet growing demand, and which should be the only production site of this type in France. This site has been selected as part of the France Recovery Plan. RD-Biotech hopes to hire about 15 people here within the next two years, “and even about 50 employees within 3-4 years.”

Audemars Piguet France (siège à Paris /75 – manufacture d’horlogerie – CA légal 2016 : 32 266 000€) a inauguré le 28 mai son nouveau centre européen de service après-vente, installé au sein d’un bâtiment tout neuf construit sur le pôle Temis, à Besançon /25 [cf. notre article du 6 mars 2018]. Ledit centre emploie aujourd’hui 33 personnes. Comme spécifié dans notre article précédent, des recrutements devraient avoir lieu sur place : Audemars Piguet sera en mesure d’y héberger jusqu’à 50 collaborateurs.

Le très discret SAV du prestigieux fabricant de montres AUDEMARS PIGUET / T : 03.81.41.86.60 va quitter le parc La Fayette. Mais il reste à Besançon (Doubs) et s’installera dans un bâtiment tout neuf, au sein de la technopole Temis. L’établissement bisontin emploie 25 personnes. Temis participe d’ailleurs au renouveau de l’industrie horlogère française puisque la société PHENOMEN , jusque là hébergée justement sur le parc d’activités technologiques Temis, a récemment pris son envol et occupe désormais ses propres locaux à Besançon. www.audemarspiguet.com/fr

"Nous sommes partis du constat que l’industrie était en train de se digitaliser", explique Laurence Lagoutte, qui gère aujourd’hui avec son frère Sébastien Kremer le groupe familial créé par leur père. Après deux ans de recherche et développement et de tests, Laurence Lagoutte et Sébastien Kremer ont décidé de créer KLS Numérique, une nouvelle société émanant du groupe Kremer, essentiellement dédiée au développement du nouvel outil numérique. "De par notre activité initiale, nous réalisons des contrôles périodiques chez certains de nos clients. Et ces derniers nous ont souvent remonté toute la complexité à retrouver l’ensemble des éléments d’une même machine", confie Laurence Lagoutte. Equipés d’une tablette et de l’application Temis, les industriels ne seront plus confrontés à ce problème. Chaque opérateur, lors de contrôles périodiques réglementaires ou d’autres procédures internes, n’aura qu’à flasher le code de l’équipement à contrôler, ou le rentrer manuellement ou encore rechercher l’équipement dans la base de données de l’entreprise. Il aura ainsi accès à l’ensemble de la documentation de l’équipement et aux observations émises lors des précédents contrôles, grâce à un système de back office. Le tout, sans avoir recours à une connexion internet, grâce à un système de synchronisation de départ et de retour. Si l’application Temis en est déjà à sa 26ème version, l’outil numérique développé par le groupe Kremer et aujourd’hui entre les mains de KLS Numérique est en constante évolution pour répondre au mieux aux besoins des usagers. En effet, après l’avoir testé sur leur propre parc, le groupe Kremer espère bien commercialiser ce nouvel outil sous forme d’abonnement. La tablette coûtera 1000 euros et l’abonnement variera en fonction de la taille de l’entreprise, de 1000 euros par an pour 100 équipements à près de 9000 euros pour plus de 15 000 équipements. "Parce que l’application doit servir à améliorer la maintenance des équipements d’une société, nous avons fait le choix de proposer un système d’abonnement pour pouvoir continuer à mettre à jour l’application via un cloud, explique la présidente de KLS Numérique.
