Deloitte Corporate Finance Advisory (“DCF”) acted as exclusive financial advisor to the industrial holding company TAC Holding GmbH (“TAC”) on the sale of EXIMIA Engineering GmbH (“EXIMIA”) to the French consulting and engineering services firm Technology & Strategy Group (“T&S Group”) backed by financial investor ARDIAN. EXIMIA is a strongly growing digital engineering services provider for the automotive industry and offers a comprehensive range of software testing services and assists its clients in solving complex automotive software related challenges. About the transaction DCF provided sell-side M&A lead advisory services to the owners of EXIMIA. The team led by Michael Caspers successfully advised the owners in a highly competitive process on their sale to T&S Group which is expected to help EXIMIA to further strengthen its organization and drive growth. Founded in late 2018 and followed by an impressive success story, EXIMIA evolved to one of the leading digital engineering services providers and is a highly trusted partner for the automotive industry.
