What: Intellinex LLC, a leading provider of customized eLearning solutions, will discuss the acquisition of Teach.com, which had revenue of $6.5 million in 1999. The acquisition will enhance Intellinex's position as a comprehensive provider of eLearning solutions. Teach.com's 90 employees will join Intellinex and are expectedto play an important role in supporting the future growth and development of Intellinex. Teach.com's customers includeGeneral Electric, AT&T, Dell Computer, Sun Microsystems, Johnson & Johnson, Dow Chemical and the Internal Revenue Service.
