Une plainte au pénal contre Take Eat Easy en France Source: Belga Une centaine de coursiers français accusent au pénal l'ex-société belge Take Eat Easy de travail dissimulé, emploi de main d'oeuvre illégale et fraude à la TVA, révèle mardi le quotidien Le Soir. © François Corbiau Lundi, 109 coursiers français représentés par l'avocat Kevin Mention ont déposé plainte auprès du procureur de la République de Paris. L'action au pénal vise la société ainsi que ses quatre anciens dirigeants, selon Le Soir, qui a consulté un document d'une trentaine de pages comprenant des déclarations, des e-mails, des statuts sur les réseaux sociaux, des fiches de paie, etc. Les livreurs accusent l'ancienne plateforme de livraison de repas à vélo de travail dissimulé et relèvent la relation subordonnée entre les coursiers et l'entreprise. Environ la moitié des plaignants affirme n'avoir jamais signé de contrat de travail avec la start-up, ni disposer de numéro d'autoentrepreneur (statut propre à la législation française). Le document accuse également Take Eat Easy "d'emploi de main-d'oeuvre étrangère non autorisée à travailler en France", d'après Le Soir.
