Details Details Share This Turunc, working with Reed Smith, has advised Sphera on its acquisition of SupplyShift. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett reportedly advised Sphera parent company Blackstone. Sphera is a provider of environmental, social, and governance performance and risk management software, data, and consulting services with a focus on environment, health, safety & sustainability, operational risk management, and product stewardship. It is a portfolio company of Blackstone, an alternative asset manager. SupplyShift is an end-to-end supply chain data management, sustainability, responsible sourcing, and supplier engagement platform.
