Die Kölner Zeitarbeit-Jobbörse Studitemps, Zielgruppe Studenten, hatte in den vergangenen Jahren einen extrem guten Lauf. Der Umsatz der Jungfirma, die 2008 von Andreas Wels und Benjamin Roos gegründet wurde, lag zuletzt bei 73,9 Millionen (Vorjahr: 39,8 Millionen). Erstmals erwirtschaftete die Jungfirma 2018 zudem einen Jahresüberschuss. Es waren zwar nur rund 39.560 Euro, aber immerhin. Noch 2015 lag der Jahresfehlbetrag der Rheinländer bei rund 8,1 Millionen. In den vergangenen Jahren stecken Investoren wie Holtzbrinck Ventures, Raffay, Seventure, btov Partners, XAnge, Iris Capital mehr als 23 Millionen Euro in die Jungfirma, die 2010 aus dem Studentenjob-Vermittler Jobmensa hervorgegangen ist. Zuletzt flossen 2015 üppige 12 Millionen in das Unternehmen, das intern 400 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Vor allem beim Umsatz will das Studitemps-Team in den kommenden Jahren weiter Gas geben. Wie bereits Ende des vergangenen Jahres enthüllt , sind 100 Millionen Umsatz dabei das Ziel. Holtzbrinck Ventures, seit 2008 bei Studitemps an Bord, hält weiter 27,3 % am Unternehmen. Xange hält insgesamt 16 %. Iris Capital ist mit 9,7 % an Bord, OP Ventures, ein weiterer Funds von Iris, mit 8,6 %. Raffay hält 5,9 % der Studitemps-Anteile. Der Anteil von btov Partners liegt bei 7,7 %. Seventure zu guter Letzt hält 16,3 % an der Zeitarbeit-Jobbörse. Die genannten Investoren halten zusammen beachtliche  91,5 % an Studitemps. Die Jungunternehmener Wels und Roos halten dagegen jeweils nur noch 2,9 %. Insgesamt kostete der jahrelange Aufbau Studitemps bisher rund 26,3 Millionen. Über 15 Millionen davon entfallen alleine auf die Jahre 2015/16. “Betrug die Wachstumsrate 2015 noch moderate 18%, so konnte das Wachstum in den Jahren 2016 bis 2018 somit weiter und nachhaltig beschleunigt werden. Das Geschäft profitiert sichtbar vom Ausbau der regionalen Präsenz in den vergangenen Jahren”, heißt es dazu im Jahresabschluss für 2018.
